• Europe (including UK, Scandinavia, Western Europe): 4-7 working days
• Asia (Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.): 2-3 working days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5-8 working days
• Eastern Europe & South America: 5-10 working days
• Note: For Europe, we handle Import Duty and VAT clearance. The status updates post-arrival in the Netherlands.

• We offer a service for pre-paying Import Duty, ensuring hassle-free delivery. Choose this option during checkout or handle it independently.

Special Delivery Requests:

Return Policy:

• Orders cannot be canceled post-placement due to logistics with third-party fulfillment. For returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Partial refunds may be applicable in certain cases (e.g., non-original condition, return beyond 15 days of delivery, discrepancy in ordered products).
• For significant defects, we offer full support and solutions.
• Minor issues are not eligible for return, but repair instructions and kits are provided.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and inspection of returns, we’ll notify you about refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a specified timeframe. Import Duty, tax, and VAT for self-damaged products are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns:
